Shipping policy

At MK Designs Fine Woodworking and More, LLC our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Processing time: All of our "Physical product" orders are made to order. The estimated time from order placement to order fulfillment is usually 7-14 days but may be longer. Usually not more than 30 days.

     Shipping time: This is the amount of time that it takes for your item to reach your destination after we have delivered it to the shipper. You will receive a tracking number once we have one.

       

      Because the shipping company sets the rates we cannot guarantee a set price for shipping. The shipping rate that you see at checkout is an estimate. If the actual rate, at time of shipping, is less you will be refunded the difference. If the shipping rate, at time of shipping, is higher you will be charged the difference. We can not offer a flat shipping rate at this time.

      If you are in the Colorado area and would like to pick up your item in person then feel free to contact us at MKDESIGNSCOS@GMAIL.com . We will be glad to let you know when your item is ready for pick up and can arrange a time for you to do so. We will refund the shipping charge to you once pick up has been completed.

      Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by MK Designs Fine Woodworking and more. It is your responsibility
      to pay any fees that your government may require.
